Beautiful restaurant, great ambiance, and the food was amazing. My son loved the burger, hubby enjoyed the pork belly, and I had a decadent halibut. The dessert was delicious. It was a great birthday dinner :)
The best of the best. Chef is amazing and we are never disappointed. The beet tostada was incredible. For dessert we had the pavlova and it was amazing. A shout out to bartenders Tyler and Michael for creating a delicious cocktail to pair with the passion fruit pavlova. We have a reservation for April.
Two visits, and I can't say enough good things. The cocktails by both Mary Francis, and Michael were amazing, the food was exceptional, the service impeccable. Probably the best lamb I've ever had, and the scallops crudo among the best dishes I've had in the world. Very pleased Albuquerque has a restaurant of such caliber.
The food is where Mesa Provisions truly shines. The menu is seasonal and creative, with a strong focus on local ingredients and bold Southwestern flavors. One of the highlights is the smoked half chicken, which comes out incredibly tender with a smoky, rich flavor that feels both comforting and elevated. The green chile biscuits are another must-try fluffy, buttery, and perfectly balanced with just the right kick from the chile honey butter.
Finest experience in town ! My server was exceptional my food was perfectly served and the atmosphere was beautiful. It was one of the few times I felt appreciated at a restaurant for coming in ! Most of all they didn’t mind my children if not made their experience fun ! Get a load of those potato fries…….. RIGHT?
Wow so I originally wanted to eat grilled chicken/chicken of some sort. I searched online and came across Mesa, the first dish I saw was the Half Chicken , boom sold, a distinct look from image got me which doesn’t always happen . So I headed over , the ambiance is warm , soft and comfortable but alive . Their drink menu looked phenomenal . I sat at the bar i knew without looking at the menu what I wanted , but the halibut sounded tempting. Paired with a glass of red wine my amazing Half chicken came out, I could taste the skin by just looking at it, and bonus a side of chile and tortilla ish bread came which I was unaware was included, I guess I didn’t read the menu . The portion is perfect the chicken phenomenal, mesquite with some spice and water juicing out of each bite, but wait there’s this green what I thought was a chimichury like sauce , I forgot what the waiter said what it was but it was sweet but off set the chicken and you put them together , wow like having a baby I’m the back seat of your car in high school. Each bite brought a new smile and joy , I’ll definitely be back , again .
My bf and I had an amazing dinner at Mesa Provisions. Everything from the ambience to the cocktails was A+. For apps, we had the biscuits and tuna tostada which were both delish. My bf got the burger that came with a mountain of crispy shoestring fries and I got the pork chop. The pork chop was at least 2 inches thick it was SO good. s/o to Dominic for amazing service and wine recs. Can't wait to dine here again!
Yummy, yummy, yummy..... we had the Chile biscuits w some spicy butter and I could've made it my entree it was so good. Crafty cocktails were good. We did not get the tasting, but it did look good. And who would've thought a halibut could taste so good in ABQ?? Well, surprise!! it was cooked to perfection and a very nice serving too. The scallop crude was fire...the sauce you could drink it and I did. The server said the make a cocktail out of it bc its so good. Smoke trout w roe on tostada was tasty too. Def get ressy's. I would go back and do the tasting for something different.

He was attentive without hovering, and his **timing was absolutely perfect**—each course arrived exactly when we were ready for it, making the entire meal feel seamless and well-paced. The food was the star of the show. We tried a range of dishes, and the quality was consistent across the board: * **The Roasted Chicken:** This was a highlight. The skin was perfectly crispy, and it was plated beautifully alongside a vibrant green puree and a fresh, crunchy slaw that provided a fantastic contrast in texture. * **The Pasta:** Perfectly cooked and tossed with fresh peas and mushrooms in a light, savory sauce—it felt like a comforting yet elevated classic. * **The Sides:** Even the small plates were memorable, especially the roasted carrots served with a rich, creamy sauce that we were literally scraping off the plate. We also couldn't resist the biscuit, which was perfectly flaky and paired with a flavorful spread that set the tone for a great meal. Between the expertly crafted cocktails, the vibrant, fun atmosphere, and the seamless flow of the service, Mesa Provisions offers a top-notch culinary experience in Albuquerque. We will definitely be back.
This restaurant is very high class and the food is very well thought out some of the most unique combinations of food which makes your food palette. Excited to have some things that you would never eat before everything from barbecued beets to amazing duck and fish dishes and even goat cheese cheesecake. That was phenomenal. Waiter staff was great and very knowledgeable. Facility has a great wine selection that you can tell. Ownership has thought through very carefully to ensure that there is wine that everybody could like has a full bar. Dinner was great. Had the hamburger was slightly undercooked but nothing to be too concerned about. And again dessert was amazing having a goat cheese apricot cheesecake.
